Tiefenbrunner Turmhof Pinot Nero 2023 is a refined expression of Pinot Noir from Alto Adige, where mountain terroir gives the wine its elegance, freshness and distinctive character. Produced by the historic Tiefenbrunner estate, it combines finesse with youthful energy and a clearly defined sense of place.

Proefnotities
In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows a ruby-red color with garnet reflections. The nose is delicately layered with blackberry, raspberry and cherry, giving it a fresh and inviting aromatic profile. On the palate, it is soft and full-bodied, yet always elegant and well balanced. The wine shows youthful vitality and a marked personality, with enough structure to develop further over the next few years.

Productie
Made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced in Alto Adige DOC, this wine reflects the cool, elevated mountain vineyards of Trentino-Alto Adige. The grapes are vinified with skin contact in concrete tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and ten months of maturation, of which 80% takes place in small oak barrels and 20% in large oak barrels. Afterward, the wine rests for two months in concrete and five months in bottle before release.

Eten & Serveren
This Pinot Noir is a versatile partner at the table and pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, duck, veal, mushroom dishes and mild hard cheeses. Serve it slightly chilled, ideally around 14-16°C, and decanting is usually not necessary, though a short aeration can help open the aromas if the bottle has just been opened.
