Productie
This GSM is inspired by the warm, sun-soaked conditions of Languedoc, a region known for ripe, generous red wines. The blend traditionally draws on Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, grapes that thrive in Mediterranean climates and bring fruit, spice and depth. The alcohol is gently removed after vinification to preserve as much aroma and flavor as possible.

Eten & Serveren
Serve slightly chilled, ideally around 14–16°C, to bring out the freshness and fruit. It pairs well with grilled vegetables, pizza, tomato-based pasta dishes, roasted poultry and mildly spiced dishes. Decanting is not necessary.
